1. When I try to get online it asks for my username or password.
Answer:
- First make sure that your account is current with us. You can check
your balance by calling our friendly staff at 276-7500.
- Retype both your username and your password keeping these things in mind...
- Make sure your "Caps Lock" key is not on. Your username and password
are always lower case and there are never any spaces.
- Don't forget that your password has to have a number in it. Many people
forget that we require you to have a number.
- Do not use your email address as your username! Your user name will
looking something like "johnd" your email will look like "johnd@odsgc.net".
2. I can't get on the internet.
- Again, first make sure that your account is current with us. You can check
your balance by calling our friendly staff at 276-7500.
- Second make sure that the phone line is connected to your computer and
that the same line is plugged into the phone jack in your wall.
- The internet phone line should plug into the connection on the back
of your computer that either says "Line" or does not have
a picture of a phone next to it.
- Always restart your computer to see if that will fix it.
- Next follow the instructions at this link to make sure the settings on
