National Weather Service Radio
These are some photos of the National Weather Service radio install in southwest Kansas. It is two 1000 watt power amplifiers, top rack and bottom (one in standby). The second rack is a controller for the power amplifiers. The third rack is the transmitter. This is in the VHF band on 162.450 MHz.
